Postup:Mouku a vodu smícháme dohromady v takovém množství ať je těsto husté a dá se různě tvarovat. Těsto dáme na pomoučněný vál,rozválíme a hrníčkem vykrajujeme kolečka.Kolečka dáme na rozpálenou pánev (pozor myslím pánev bez oleje!) a vložíme placky,ty potom do hnědab opékáme.Dá to hodně trpělivosti,jedna placka se peče asi 10min.Hotové placky můžete jíst na slano či na sladko,potírají se česnekem,nebo kakaem,povidly,kečupem ,sýrem atd ,to záleží na vaší představivosti.
